FROM the office of alumni relations
The Summer is always an exciting time at GMercyU . We recently welcomed 748 new graduates into our Alumni Association of almost 25,000 strong . We also have seen transformations happening across our campus . From our $ 10M gift from the Maguire Foundation to develop the new Frances M . Maguire Healthcare Innovation Campus , where we will be able to provide inter-professional collaboration for our programs across campus , to the recent RACP grant of $ 2M going toward renovation of Loyola Hall , GMercyU is doing great things ! We have alumni and students , as you have read , who are outstanding within their professions and within our communities , and we couldn ’ t be more proud .
Once a quiet College campus , tucked away in Gwynedd Valley , we are now a thriving University that continues to grow and make an impact . I invite you to join us as we move the needle and take GMercyU to the next level of greatness , not only in education , but within the community .
We are always looking for volunteers so please keep your eye out for opportunities that may be of interest to you or give me a call . I would love to hear from you and what your experience at GMC or GMercyU was like when you were on campus .
