Dear Griffins ,
As we cruise into summer , there is an air of excitement for what is to come .
This year , we worked , learned remotely , and welcomed 773 graduates into our Alumni Association . Commencement was held in seven sessions , both in person and also virtually – there was something for everyone . For the faculty and staff , it was exciting to be with our graduates and to watch many of them cross the stage . We couldn ’ t be prouder , and we welcome our new Alumni into the GMercyU Alumni Association !
In August , we plan to return to campus , and hopefully , will begin to pick up where we left off last year . Keep your eyes out for our Griffins @ Home Virtual Events AND , we hope , in-person events .
For those celebrating 25 th & 50 th reunions , please mark your calendar for Sunday , October 24 . This year we will celebrate the Classes of 1971 & 1996 , as well as have a “ re-do ” celebration for the Classes of 1970 & 1995 . If you are a member of these classes and would like to help with planning , please contact the Office of Alumni Relations .
