Combining your Parilla Braai with a Frame and Door Our Venti Fires Parilla braai is currently the only Parilla braai on the market that can fit into the opening of your brick braai. It means that the mechanism, complete with the handle, fits into your braai, and underneath the lintol. This difference allows you to add an Elite Slide-Up Door to your braai, which beautifully complements the Parrilla Braai, giving the entire installation a sophisticated and contemporary appearance.

When the braai is in use, the door slides upwards, opening the cooking area and providing easy access to the fire, grids and food. When the braai is not being used, the door can be lowered to neatly enclose the opening, creating a cleaner and more refined appearance.

The slide-up design is particularly practical because it eliminates the need for doors to swing outwards into the entertainment area. This helps maximise usable space around the braai and makes it ideal for rooms where furniture, countertops and walkways need to remain unobstructed. Visually, the Elite frame and door combination gives the installation a beautifully finished, built-in appearance. Its strong, clean lines frame the braai and create a seamless transition between the cooking area and surrounding architecture. Another option is to add a Professional frame and door. The modern single slide-in door neatly slides into the braai, underneath your Parilla Braai, if not needed or can be pulled out for when you are in need of the work space.
