ARCHITECTURE – AFRICA
International portfolio
Through its international portfolio, the practice has extensive experience working on branded residential developments in global markets, including Dubai, where hospitality-led real estate has become one of the strongest-performing segments of the premiumproperty market.
The studio has collaborated with globally recognised hospitality brands including Waldorf Astoria, Raffles Hotels & Resorts, and The Ritz-Carlton. This has given it first-hand insight into how branded residential projects function as integrated hospitality ecosystems, with architecture, operations, and brand standards aligned from the earliest stages of development.
For Kenya, however, the opportunity lies not in replication, but in adaptation. This means translating these global systems into a local architectural language rooted in place, climate, and cultural context.
Development in East Africa is increasingly becoming part of the global conversation around luxury coastal living and branded residential ecosystems. Kenya’ s coastline may still be early in this cycle, but that is precisely what makes it strategically significant today.
Participation in such summits reflects an ongoing engagement in shaping how architecture, hospitality, and investment strategy converge in emerging premium markets.
