For us, we needed to teach ourselves how to wire and solder a breadboard. We needed to test water for turbidity (cloudiness of water) and salinity (conductivity of water). To do this, we needed to build sensors and be able to attach them to our arduino – our robot’s brain so to speak. We worked together, and we asked for help. This is how engineers approach problems. We were proud when we finished, but one of the two sensors didn’t work. We tried again. This is also how engineers approach problems. We never stopped trying again. Eventually, our sensor could take values. 02 never a dull moment Engineers are constantly learning. There is always something to be done. That means you’re never bored!
