Memphis

School
The MUS chapter has been
extremely active this year. As
customary for Memphis
schools with Latin programs,
there is a Fall Festivus which is
in essence a mini Latin
Convention with testing,
Olympika style events, and of
course Certamen. Festivus was
held at MUS under the faculty
supervision of Mr. David
Gagliano. The MUS chapter
also held a dinner for all
Memphis area students in A.P.
Latin and beyond celebrating
their dedication to the
language fostering camaraderie
among the Latin community
supervised by our own Mr.
yan Sellers.
In the month of December we
held our Saturnalia celebration
which entailed some fun trivia,
but more importantly the
chapter banded together as one
to raise over 150 dollars to get
gi ts for the Salvation Army's
Angel Tree program. The MUS
Latin Chapter has been busy
making sure everything we do
brings honor upon our name
and language.
