ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SEXUAL MISCONDUCT Eastern Florida State College is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy learning and working environment that promotes responsibility and respect, and where no one is unlawfully excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination in any College program or activity on the basis of sex. The College has Zero tolerance for Sexual Misconduct. Any member of the College community found to have engaged in any form of Sexual Misconduct is subject to institutional discipline in addition to any penalties that may be imposed by a court of law. Upon receipt of such a report, the College official must immediately notify the Title IX Coordinator.
