Gin Sul – not another gin
In the last summer , Paul and Stephan , both distillers , set off to the Southwest of Portugal – on their enduros , equipped with scissors , sickles , hammocks and a 5-litre-distillery . They were looking for extraordinary botanicals and fruits and manufactured them right on the spot where they found them . The outcome : a gin which is enriched with wild oregano and rosemary , everlasting flowers , aromatic apricots and dried out thyme blossoms . ta doSul
