Gin Sul – not another gin
In the last summer, Paul and Stephan, both distillers, set off to the Southwest of Portugal – on their enduros, equipped with scissors, sickles, hammocks and a 5-litre-distillery. They were looking for extraordinary botanicals and fruits and manufactured them right on the spot where they found them. The outcome: a gin which is enriched with wild oregano and rosemary, everlasting flowers, aromatic apricots and dried out thyme blossoms. ta doSul
