Guilt
Siblings often experience a feeling of guilt and
concern that they might have contributed to the
development of their sibling’s illness. That is not
true. Psychosis is a medical condition. No one can
cause it.

Stress Responses
Our reactions are determined by our personality, our
relationship with those around us and our own way of
coping with stress. These are normal responses to
stressful situation and they don't last forever.
Common responses that you may experience include:
Difficulty in Sleeping
Difficulty
concentrating
Crying
Loss of appetite
Acting out your anger
