Making sure you ’ re fit to travel

You ’ re excited ! You just booked your trip !

Whether you will be visiting family , hiking , walking through boutiques , fishing , or whatever grand adventure lies ahead it is important you prepare physically . Don ’ t allow your level of physical fitness to derail your travel dreams .
Travel arrangements may include physical activities that need to be taken into consideration , things that we ’ ve taken for granted when we were younger , that can take a toll on an unfit , aging body . For instance , hustling from one end of the airport to the other . Putting your carry-on luggage in the overhead department .
Stepping over curbs and rough terrain . Walking hours upon hours . Merely squatting down
