| tried + tested caravan review niche for large family size vans with of road capability. Demand is so great, On the Move has purchased a new factory site in Melbourne with plans to upgrade its production capability. Making Traxx Today there are six different caravan model lines, each with such distinct branding, at first glance they appear to be stand-alone brands. Top of the range is “No Limits”, 24 feet of off road luxury including a queen-size bed, separate shower and toilet and double bunks if builders. “Grenade” is an attention-grabbing lighter version of the No Limits series. It has quickly grown to become the firm’s best seller and best known brand. Traxx is the latest member of the family. According to Lennie, the aim was to pack as much in a family offroader as possible for the best possible price. There are three different models in Traxx range, Mid Door, Rear Door and Family. As the names suggest, you can choose whether you want the entry door either near the queen-sized bed upfront, or up back closer to the rear ensuite bathroom. The family model comes with a rear door and double bunks instead of a bathroom. Triple bunks are an option. Overall it’s hard to tell where the cost savings have come from with most of the luxury fittings customers would expect including aircon, double glaze windows, dual 95 litre water tanks and a roll-out awning. External kit includes Cruisemaster independent suspension, four drop down stabilizer legs dual 9kg gas bottles and a shower. Inside, there’s a TV and sound system (with internal and external speakers), a 175 litre Waeco fridge, oven and range hood, microwave and porcelain toilet. Only the washing machine is on the extra’s list.
