Accountants Park is to be certified by the Green Building
Council of South Africa. Time Projects is aiming to achieve
a 4-Star rating by designing, building and operating the
development in an environmentally sustainable way. The
rating tools provide an objective measurement for green
buildings in Africa and focus on management, indoor
environment quality, energy, transport, water, materials,
land use/ecology, emissions and innovation. This approach
accelerates the development and adoption of best green
building practices.
