HQ is a multi-functional commercial space in the heart of
Bedfordview, Gauteng and was developed by HQ Developers.

Q Developers wanted to create
contemporary high-end offices with
functional outdoor spaces featuring
state of the art urban landscaping between
each block. These outdoor spaces require
sustainable natural timber to add softness
to the design while creating beautiful,
sociable communal areas for tenants to use.
AMA Architects selected stable, durable
and low maintenance rhino wood for office
balcony decking, courtyard seating areas,
roof top entertainment decks, entrance
pergolas and covering screens for building
services. Its choice of Rhino Wood as the
timber supplier that supplied the material
with the same name (rhino wood) is in
keeping with the building’s green
