PROJECTS
Light oak dining tables make up the remainder of the dining section.
In the private dining room,
several repurposed wine barrels
are displayed as a wall feature,
referencing traditional wine cellars.
They also upcycled wine barrels into unique wall features.
Inhouse worked with the Lynnridge Mall architects and
construction team from the ground up. They designed an
impressive exterior façade comprising five asymmetrical
wood panels that overlap one another. This gives the
building a contemporary look and feel. Inhouse was tasked
with the remainder of the design.
Inside the restaurant, booth seating finished in light oak
is situated in the central part of the dining area. A custom-
built steel screen encompasses the booths and is adorned
with more than 100 wooden rolling pins, which serve as a
bold visual nod to the craft of hand-rolled pizza dough.
Additionally, reclaimed timber panelling was used to
clad the perimeter of the restaurant, as well as the pizza
and cocktail bars. This balances the room’s otherwise
industrial appearance giving the interior a sense of
warmth. A linear leather booth bench with brass buckles
and strapping detail line the far wall of the dining area.
Reclaimed timber pallet wood cladding laid in a chevron
pattern is displayed above the bench. This feature is
divided into steel sections and accentuated with vintage
glass blown wall sconces. Light oak dining tables make up
the remainder of the dining section.
In the private dining room, several repurposed wine
barrels are displayed as a wall feature, referencing
traditional wine cellars. The room also includes Piza ē
Vino’s cellar, which houses an oversized timber ‘Vino’ sign,
which we incorporated into a timber and steel rack that is
used to store and display the restaurant’s variety of wines.
In the bathroom, repurposed timber pallets clad the
front face of the bathroom counters. They also upcycled
wine barrels into unique wall mirrors and made use of
reclaimed parquet flooring.
