Timber unites Atterbury's HQ
For Atterbury, an international property developer with many office
consolidation developments under its belt, embracing a single,

W
hen Atterbury management decided to
consolidate, they found that neither of their
Pretoria nor Johannesburg operations were
suitable for their needs – that of a regional HQ.
CEO of Atterbury, Louis van der Watt, says, “We took
the decision to reap the benefits of consolidating our
offices. We selected our newest development The Club in
Hazelwood, for our new consolidated base of business.”
MARRYING TWO BRANCHES
Armond Boshoff, deputy CEO, says that today’s office
arrangements are changing due to technology altering the
way people work.
“Offices give form to a company’s identity and have the
potential to support its success with cost-efficient,
flexible and collaborative spaces,” he says. These spaces
further inspire innovation and boost performance. “We
want our new offices to be a great place where skilled
people of the highest calibre can enjoy working,” he adds.
