processes to have their spruce beams structurally certified through SATAS , which is a big step for them .

IFA ’ s long-standing relationship with Baillie lumber allows it to hold large quantities of American hardwoods . Baillie Lumber is one of North America ’ s largest hardwood lumber manufacturers , distributors , and exporters .
Baillie is a provider of hardwood logs , hardwood lumber and proprietary grade hardwood lumber products to around the world , these timbers include different grades and a variety of species such as : American white and red oak , ash , cherry , hard maple , walnut and poplar .
IFA ’ s relationship with the local market allows it to trade with a variety of soft and hardwoods , including MDF , chip boards , veneers , and South African pine . IFA has a strong relationship with a few south-east Asian markets which allows it the opportunity to import the finest decking , ply boards , and Meranti .
THERMALLY TREATED EUROPEAN PINE
Thermic treated pine is a very durable solution for outdoor use . The manufacturing process of Thermo-Wood is based on the use of high temperature ( 185-225 ° C ) and steam .
