FORUM HOLZBAU
Professor Dr HC Heinrich Köster, president of forum
holzbau international, presented information on the
network of the forum. The forum, was established in 1994
in Switzerland as a cooperation between universities in
Europe, the wood industry and wood builders.
Köster said, “Looking back over the past [almost] 25
years, as one of the founders of the network I can say it
was, and is a success, and we will continue with this
success in South Africa.”
The network forum was started with about 20
participants who were students from various local Swiss
universities, and now in 2017 / 2018 can boast more than
