THE MARK OF SAFETY
The PGM mark is established world-wide as mark for safety and quality of hammer drill bits and rotary / percussion drill bits. The PGM mark is granted to manufacturers only, not to distributors or private labels.
“ All our blue chip international brands such as Alpen Drill bits and Rawlplug Fasteners / Anchors carry the International PMG mark of approval for proven and tested quality,” says Ryan Hunt sales director for Vermont Sales.
” It is controlled and regulated service that all international brands in this industry are tested for quality, perfection and safety, once this has been completed all the products carry their stamp of approval.
“ This stamp of approval puts these brands and products way ahead of any brands that don’ t have the PGM stamp of quality, hence all our key brands and products carry the PMG stamp of approval,” adds Hunt.
Generally, the quality level of drill bits with PGM mark can be assumed as higher than those of unmarked drill bits, because reliable and quality focused drill bit manufacturers are certified.
