Publisher’s Note COMING TOGETHER THE MULTISECTORAL WAY W e frequently hear about several initiatives among government agencies who, despite the different nature of their operations, have come together for partnerships that benefit both society and the various sectors that fall under their jurisdiction.  Call this multisector collaboration, multisector cooperation or multisector partnerships. But whatever way these may be called, such ventures result when different organizations--government and private, non-profit and public organizations, as well as concerned and empowered individuals-- come together to map out and put into fruition workable solutions for the people, communities and sectors that they are involved with. Not to mention, all their concerted efforts put much more system as well as efficiency in doing their combined good deeds that truly create a big difference to uplift the lives of others, help promote sustainable development and instill environmental awareness. Indeed, we are so happy for the Department of Health's CALABARZON Health in Tourism (HiT) campaign that partners with stakeholders like the Department of Tourism, the Philippine Coast Guard, resorts in the said area, plus the support of tourists and travellers in making this extraordinary undertaking possible and workable. Mat their tribes increase and inspire other sectors to do so. PHILIP O.
