TIM eMagazine Vol.4 Issue 1 MARINA receives Level II CSC recognition on human resource management Certificate of Recognition I n support of the government’s continuing commitment to provide efficient and effective public service delivery and institutionalize meritocracy on human resource management competency, the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) has received Level II recognition from the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for its commendable human resource management system. The Agency has been particularly applauded for its significant progress in the areas of recruitment, selection and placement; learning and development; performance management; as well as, rewards and recognition for its human resources development program. The MARINA fosters good governance among its employees by promoting people excellence through professionalism, integrity, and excellence as its core values.
