THANK YOU LABOR SECRETARY. David Aaron Taleño, who is accompanied
by his mother, embraces Labor Secretary Silvestre H. Bello III to personally
thank him for helping his father Captain Arthur Soria Taleño to return
home to the Philippines. Capt. Taleño is one of the seven seafarers who
were acquitted of oil smuggling by the Libyan High Court. Joining the
Secretary is OWWA Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac, as they wait for
the arrival of the seafarers on March 12 at the NAIA Terminal 3 in Pasay
