For February 2, performance promoting gender and development included the Ligao National High School Kawa-Kawa Cultural Guild's Pikit na Mata sa Bahagharing Maskara, at the Bulwagang Amado Hernandez; Student Dance Performance at the CCP Eskinita Credit : Orly Daquipil THE Cultural Center of the Philippines celebrated the 15th anniversary of Pasinaya themed as “Karapatan, Kalayaan at Kultura” last February 1-3, 2019.
