(OLAS) for Seafarers application
of the issuance or revalidation of
Seafarers Seafarer’s Identification
and Record Book (SIRB), otherwise
known as “seaman’s book” and
Certificate of Proficiency (COP).

Setting an appointment takes only few steps as
follows:
1. Go to www.marinaappointment.com
2. Select the document to be processed. (e.g. SIRB or
STCW)
3. Pick the date and time most convenient and then
click on “Next”
4. Fill out the form, print and present it at the
MARINA OLAS Verification Desk
Note:Applicants are expected to be at MARINA at
least thirty (30) minutes before the appointment time.
Terms and conditions apply, which include among
others, the personal appearance of the applicant;
the automatic cancellation of appointment when a
suspension of office work is declared by the President
due to inclement weather or any event; the duly filled
application form/s’ print-out as mandatory; and that
the late arrivals shall be accommodated only when all
on-time applicants have been served.
