the barriers the enemy has had in place that maintain division in our Family , and the Ecclesia / Church for the greater Glory to be released . Personal prerequisites that will help to lead the way and prepare the Bride for the Bridegroom , a victorious Body with clean hands and pure hearts seeking out the Lord wholeheartedly . And nothing less will do , especially for the days ahead of us .
There is a great picture here , given to us in The Romans 911 Project ( R911 ) teachings through Nehemiah and the rebuilding of the walls . While Nehemiah was called to rebuild the physical walls of Jerusalem , we are called to rebuild the spiritual walls of the Ecclesia / Church , and the parallels are extraordinary .
First , like Nehemiah , we need to get off our horses and take a good honest look at the state of the Ecclesia / Church and then invite the guidance of God through His Holy Spirit to lead us into the fray . Note the opposition all the way through , but also the strategy with the two hands to achieve the goal . One hand to love in the natural , and the other to contend in the Spirit , all of which is detailed in The R911 Project teaching series . Note also that half the body was assigned to warfare alone , while the other half built up with the trowel , but also were ready to contend .
This is a picture of the love and prayer and intercession needed to complete the task through the saints of God .
Three basic things here are a must for a weakened American Church for repentance . Prayer needs to be revived and reprioritized as foundational to the Kingdom of God arising in the Earth , with our Pastors , Rabbis , and leaders leading by example . Secondly , local Congregations and Churches need to reunite and start praying together for our communities . Can we not think about opening the doors of our Congregations and Churches for early morning prayer , with lay people running the schedule ? Thirdly , and if not already happening , local Pastors need to meet together regularly for prayer .
If you are a leader already moving in these directives in some measure , please pray about increasing the focus . If you are a lay person , please consider getting more involved in prayer with your local Congregation or Church . And let ’ s all agree to pray for the rest of the body to come into this Restoration ; PRAYER CHANGES EVERYTHING !
