Young Leaders Graduation 2024 – 2025- May 12, 2025
The Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce proudly celebrated the graduation of the 2024 – 2025 Emerging Young Leaders class, recognizing a group of exceptional students who demonstrated dedication, growth, and a passion for community involvement throughout the program.
Held at the UGA Tifton Campus Conference Center, the ceremony brought together students, families, board members, and local leaders to honor the achievements of these future changemakers. Guests enjoyed a thoughtfully prepared luncheon by B. J. Smith Events & Catering, complemented by an inspiring keynote address from longtime community advocate, Mike Chason.
The Emerging Young Leaders program equips high school students with valuable leadership skills, civic awareness, and professional development
opportunities through workshops, service projects, and mentorship. This year’ s cohort exemplified what it means to lead with purpose and vision.
