beauty How to Maintain Healthy Skin By Natasha Lee Jefferson Taking care of your skin is essential for healthy, younger looking skin. The first thing on your journey to flawless, beautiful skin is to find a great skin care line that offers solutions for your skin concerns. It’s also important to follow the skin care recommendations as directed and to use it morning and night. It is equally important to follow the full skin care process at night. In a case study where a focus group surveyed 100 women, the findings showed that many women only cleanse their face in the morning and 85% of the participants used soap and water, 10% actually used a facial cleanser and only 5% used a full skin care line that included a cleanser, toner, scrub, mask, and moisturizer. I should also add that many of the women surveyed admitted to sleeping in their make-up. We have a few healthy skin care tips that will lead you to the flawless skin you’ve always desired. 1.
