it only interfered with my sleep momentarily.
Awakening with the sun on Sunday morning I
walked the party area and campground checking the
sights and viewing the aftermath. Byrd’s Adventure
Camp has a restaurant open on the weekends and
I moseyed my way over there to get my morning
coffee and enjoy the view of the Mulberry River in the
morning light. They were doing a brisk business as
last night’s revelers came in to coffee up and grub out.
I hung out nearly an hour chatting with friends old and
new, reliving the events of the previous night, telling
stories and laughing uproariously! After a couple
cups of morning nectar I trekked back to camp and
loaded up for the ride home. Mission accomplished!
Over 550 people attended the event this year
and it was a great no attitude, no hassle, no BS
event for all involved. Thanks to the Boozefighters
MC for throwing such an awesome biker party each
and every year! If you like old school, good clean
American biker fun you need to put this one on your
summer to do list!
Till next time... Ride Safe! Ride Free!
