WOODRING WALL OF HONOR:
ANNUAL PLACEMENT CEREMONY

One of the greatest locations
in Oklahoma is the Woodring Wall
of Honor in Enid, OK. If you’ve not
heard of it, well welcome out from
under your rock and get up to Enid,
Okla, real soon! The Woodring
Wall of Honor is an 80% replica
of the original Vietnam Wall in
Washington D.C. It has found a
permanent home at Woodring
Airpark on the West side of Enid.
On May 16, The Woodring
Memorial Wall Park was filled
with several riders, veterans and
patrons to honor the addition of
names to the wall. The event
was opened with a ceremony

in which all were welcomed,
and an invocation followed by
the presentation of colors was
made by Vance Honor Guard.

Hanoi Hilton, VVA Post 940 was
the keynote speaker. Carry The
Flame Across America led a Flame
Ceremony ahead of the Moment of
Silence for POW/MIA, candlelight
ceremony. The Honorary Bell Toll
was led by Representative Enns.
