If you enjoy motorcycling, whether you ride your own or want to take a 4 wheel vehicle you need to join us in riding to Denver, Colorado. “T” has been challenged to bring 100 women to The Steel Horse Sisterhood Summit May 1 thru 5. This long distance group ride has been made possible with the assistance of Forman HarleyDavidson, Harley-Davidson World, Maxey’s Motorsports, Myers-Duren Harley Davidson and Heartland Medical Billing and Consulting. The Steel Horse Sisterhood Summit is a 3 day summit celebrating women in motorcycling. It’s aim is to create a sense of sisterhood among riders from across the United States. The founder of the event, Joan Krenning created this summit out of a vision. “I have already seen the day, in that place where my vision lives; the day when women from all corners of our continent and of our world converge together. To live, laugh, love and ride! Our 5 day journey to and from the Steel Horse Sisterhood Summit will follow this route schedule: May 1 – 7:00 am - Meet at Forman Harley-Davidson, Stillwater, OK. Check in and Breakfast. 9:00 am – Leave Stillwater for first day ride to Hays, KS. 4:00 pm – Welcome Dinner at Doerfler’s Harley-Davidson, Hays, KS. 6:00 pm – Check in to Hotel in Hays, KS May 2 – 8:00 am – Leave Hays, KS – Doerfler’s Lady Riders will join us. 3:00 pm – Reach Steel Horse Sisterhood Summit, Denver, CO Once checked in to the Summit, we will follow their schedule until Sunday Morning. 4:00 to 6:00 pm – Meet and Greet 6:30 pm – Premiere screening of “Driven to Ride” 7:30 – 9:00 pm – Keynote Speakers: Laura Klock, Lisa Fedders Brouwer & Joan Krenning May 3 – On your own: Summit will provide many opportunities from Sunrise Morning Ride to the Rockies; Group Rides; Vendors; Healthy Habits-Healthy Riding; Pass the Talking Stick; Keynote Speakers; Evening Fun and More!
