Despite being born with congenital macular degeneration, which will render me completely blind, I choose to let nothing slow me down. I am a graduate of the University of New Orleans and the Louisiana Center for the Blind. I am a proud member of the National Federation of the Blind, Louisiana Chapter. My acting credits include Get Bingles and Dark Bayou. I am a musician, songwriter and lead vocalist. You may come check me out gigging around New Orleans in the 50/50 Band or Amanda Rose and the Shadow Players. Voice coach. My blindness has forced me to be strong and adaptable. I am a survivor of Hurricane Katrina and a survivor of domestic violence. As science progresses, and if God allows, I look forward one day to driving my own motorcycle.
