MURKY WATERS BBQ

I have been spending a lot of time on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since
before Christmas promoting the Mississippi Mayhem Music Festival and
Rally, as well as working on the magazine. My partner and I stopped in
to visit Murky Waters BBQ in Gulfport. I had the smoked chicken and it
was one of the best smoked chickens I ‘ve eaten, (besides my dad Curly
Harrall, R.I.P.)
I especially loved how roomy, and clean it was, and the wait staff were
very accommodating and friendly. (No one was on their cell phones).
There is plenty of bike parking on the street with huge glass windows
so you can see your bike! They have 3 locations to serve you. Gulfport,
Hattiesburg, and Ocean Springs, MS. I give Murky Waters BBQ a 4 out of
5 stars. The only reason I don’t give them a 5 is because they are not in
Louisiana, but I will defi nitely go back every time I go to South Mississippi!
Oh, and you can try their food out at The Mississippi Mayhem Music
Festival and Rally April 5th through the 7th.
We would defi nitely recommend them, and we’d eat all dat!
