Some of you may not know the history of Bossier City Harley. Harley originated in
this area in Shreveport as Wallace Harley, but in 1997 Brad and Wade purchased
the shop from Mr. Wallace. They then opened a second dealership in Bossier in
2001 on East Texas Street and then in 2008 they opened the new shop which is
the current location. The Shreveport location has now been combined with the
Bossier location.
I have had the honor of working with this group for the past 5 months and have
grown to see them as extended family. Every time I walk in the shop I am greeted
by the ladies at the front counter with “how have you been” and a huge smile. You
can always find the manager Alan with a customer looking to make a purchase
whether it be a new or used bike.
Today at the 20-year celebration the weather and atmosphere were perfect. They
had great music and food and you could even grab a cold beer if you liked. The
parking lot was full of bikes of those that came from as far as Minden to be a
part of the celebration. I have been to many different events here and this so far
was one of the best. You can always expect to receive the same great attitude of
service when you walk through the doors. I wish these guys another amazing 20
years of serving the community here in northwest Louisiana.
