Lars is the CEO-Founder of, Brighter
Futures Incorporated, a multifaceted
academic consulting company, The
positive power of one is the
empowerment of many. Lars’ latest
publication is “Mothers and Their S’Men
An Introspective View at Mothers Rearing
Their Sons”. He is co-producer of the Dr.
Vibe Show, a weekly columnist for the
Good Men Project, and a former NAACP
President in Muskegon, MI. He is most
proud of his instructional tenure at the
infamous George Washington Preparatory
High School in South Central Los Angeles.
During his tenure; Lars served as head
football coach/athletic director and
administrative assistant to Principal, Dr.
McKenna.
