LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER
It ’ s a new year and this is typically the time we make our New Year Resolutions ! We generally take a few moments and say this is the year I will . . . And as usual by March most of the resolutions we made are out the window . Why do we continue this cycle year after year ? Honestly , because we need more than resolutions we need convictions and not convictions just on big ideas but convictions to our daily choices that will truly create the change we want . We ’ ve got to reprogram our daily addictions so that they become our new life convictions therefore creating our New Year New THRIVE !
Every year we should reassess the last and make decisions on what to change , what to do more of , how to be better but the truth is :
1 . End of year shouldn ’ t be the only time you do this . You should reasses at least 3 times a year .
2 . You ’ ve got to do more than assess . You ’ ve got to be honest about where you ’ ve fallen short . You ’ ve got to stop sugar coating your actions with excuses .
3 . You ’ ve got to make clear choices and not just once but every single day .
4 . You ’ ve got to do the work not just the surface work to achieve your goals but the deep down mind shifting life changing work .
