At the same time Alonzo was standing down the hall talking to one of the women at the party . Rasheeda took off her mask , just when she was about to walk in the bathroom . Alonzo looked over at her but didn ’ t notice it was Rasheeda . He continued talking and Rasheeda was getting her self back in order . She walked out the bathroom , passing Alonzo they didn ’ t notice each other . She heard his voice and slowed down . Shaking her head and talking to herself ” that could not be who I think it is ? Nah , it ’ s not him .” She entered the room where everyone was still eating and mingling . Lisa stood up to make another announcement . The ball room was looking beautiful with all types of designs and colors . People from all over were there to help celebrate . the counter and walked out feeling like a new man . Today his day was great .
Later on that evening was the big night for his bestfriend and his wife . Alonzo went and picked up his Tuxedo and met up with the fellas .
“ Man , yall ready for this night ?” “ yea , I ’ m ready !”
Everyone of my boys were here to help me celebrate Lisa and I one year anniversary .
“ This is my night guys !” Everyone cheered Johnny on with a shot of Belvadaire and a glass of Belaire .
“ Alright fellas ! Lets get dressed and do this !” Everyone was getting dressed . The guys were on one side of the house and the women on the other side .
Lisa gave her girls a speech and they all put on there evening gowns and toasted to one year of marriage . Lisa had all the girls wearing mask to cover there face .
“ Mascarade is the best party to have ladies . Lets do this !”
The ladies had a professional makup artist to make them beautiful . Lisa had the best chefs in Atlanta to make the food . Fillet Migon , Steak , Shrimp with stuffed crab cakes and more .
The night was young , all the guys wore masks as well . Everyone met up in a secret room . Lisa and Johnny gave their speech : “ To all my lovley couples and singles too . We are glad to have you here tonight to help celebrate my husband and I ’ s one year wedding anniversay . We will eat first before we start drinking . I have a little surprise for everyone as the night goes on . Mingle and have a ball !” ( clapping ) ( cherring ) ( whisles ) ( talking and music playing in the background )
Everyone was having a great time mingling , talking . It was time to sit at the table top feast . Rasheeda and Alonzo were in the same room , but didn ’ t have any idea they were at the same party . After everyone was served , Rasheeda got up from the table . “ I will be right back , Zoe .” She walked over to the ladies room to powder up her face and make sure she still was looking fabulous .
“ Everyone , can I have your attention ? Coming on stage is someone who I know we all love to hear . ( looking over at Johnny ) My loving husband , can you please come here ?”
Johnny got up and walked over to Lisa holding her hand . “ Baby I love you so much , you mean the world to me and I know you are going to like the surprise I got you .”
Johnny trying to keep his balance , “ Baby what did you do ?”
( smiling ) “ Well baby , if you would let me intorduce him ” “ I would like to introduce my husbands favorite R & B singer , coming to the stage is Trey Songz ”.
The crowd began to go crazy . Yelling and full of excitement , Johnny almost looked as if he was going to pass out . Trey Songz performed , while Lisa and Johnny danced , and other people started joining in . Rasheeda was sitting alone when Alonzo walked over to her …
” Excuse me , I couldn ’ t help but to walk over here and ask you if you would like to dance ?”
“ Sure I would .” He grabbed her hand pulling her from the chair they danced .
Not knowing who each other is , they really were enjoying the moment of being strangers .
“ Do you want to sit and talk for a few ?”
“ Sure we can ” they went into another room with a glass of champagne , “ what ’ s her name ” “ I rather not tell you ” “ why not ” “ because we are at a masqurade party and we have our face covered for a reason ” ( laughing )
“ yea you are right ” nodding his head “ How do you know Lisa and Johnny ?”
