"About a year and half ago I had a home, a well
paid job and was in a committed relationship. I
had everything I should have wanted but I was
unhappy. My mind told me that this was the
reality of being an adult but my heart just wasn't
in it. I wanted to wander the world, explore and
be free. I wanted to travel.
One day I woke up and decided it was time for
change. I quit my job, ended my relationship,
moved out of our home and managed to land a
job as a flight attendant. Deciding to give up
everything for the love of travel was one of the
most nerve-wracking and exhilarating things I've
ever done. Now, travel is not only my job but my
lifestyle! And I'm happy to report I've never
looked back.
On home soil my peers are planning engagement
parties and baby showers while I'm in the sky
missing all the travellers
