the Joint Staff. Joel has been in the
military since graduating from TA,
and looks forward to returning to
Maine with his family when he retires from active duty in a couple
of years. Steve Delorge, who was
diagnosed with pancreatic cancer
in 2004, has not only survived but
is using his experience to help others. His Web site, www.timberoaks.
com, offers subchapters of his online book in progress, as well as
free counseling for other pancreatic
cancer patients. Pancreatic cancer
is considered one of the deadliest
forms of the disease. Steve credits
his survival to “modern science and
lot of prayers.”
1986
Laurie Cole Hillman is living on
Cape Cod, where her husband is a
chief in the Coast Guard. The couple have two children, Jackson, who
has joined the Coast Guard, and
Madison, who is in third grade. Peter Grant will be attending the U.S.
Navy Postgraduate School to work
on a master’s degree in finance. He
and his wife Wende, and daughters
Megan, 10, and Jordan, 9, have recently moved from Okinawa, Japan,
to Monterey, CA.
1987
Michelle Hansen Snow and her
husband Tom welcomed a second
son, Eli, in September. He joins a
brother Finn, now 2. They are living
in Westbrook.
1988
Chris LeSieur and Kerri Tarpy welcomed the birth of a daughter, Lily,
in June. They are living in Saco. Derik Stubinski and his wife Sara of
North Waterboro announced the arrival of a son, Brady, in June. Scott
Brown and his wife, Susan Doyle
Brown ‘90 announced the arrival of
a son, Christopher, in June. They
are living in Dayton. Brenda Parker
Sanborn wrote with greetings to her
classmates. “I am doing okay. I have
