All former players are welcome to the match. Hockey is marking an anniversary with an alumni gettogether. TA hockey turned 20 last year, and former players are celebrating this fall with an all-alumni game and socializing event. More than 200 former players are invited to share in the fun at Biddeford Ice Arena. For more information about either event, contact the alumni office at 282-3361 x 231 or nancy. [email protected]. Who’s Smarter than a Thornton Alum? In the tradition of such wonderful alumni performances as Broadway Deja Vu and Fiddler on the Roof, the Alumni Association has begun planning an alumni variety show for the fall of 2008. The show will have a vaudeville format, with lots of room for variety. Some of the ideas we’ve been working on include comedy in the style of Saturday Night Live or Laugh-In, TA infomercials and Who’s Smarter Than A TA Alum?, as well as more straightforward musical and dance pieces. The show will offer something for everyone—both performing and helping behind the scenes. If you’re interested, join us for the next planning meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 6:30 pm in TA’s Hyde Library, or contact the Alumni Office at 282-3361 x234 or nancy.tripp@thornton. saco.org. 14th Annual Senior Alumni Reunion REUNIONS 2007 For more information on upcoming reunions, contact the Alumni Office at nancy.
