Class of 1945 Helen Lundy Boyd shares, " I am a widow after 61 years of marriage. 6 grandkids. 13 great-grandkids. 2 great-greats."
Lillian Lagueux Minarik writes, " I recently moved to Gainesville, FL from Palm Coast, FL where my youngest daughter lives. This move involved downsizing from my home to an apartment. I continue to enjoy leisure living."
Class of 1946 Fred Clark ' s daughter Lynn Clark- Germain wrote in to advise of his wife ' s passing; her mom Constance on 12 / 22 / 2017.
Class of 1949 Jeanine Wortman Post shares she recently moved to Los Angeles to be closer to family after living in Denver, CO since 1953.
William Verrill shares he is " hanging in there."
Class of 1952 Elizabeth Milliken Schumaker writes, " My husband & I celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary this year. And we welcomed a 2nd great grandson Liam in November. Life is good!"
Class of 1955 Marilyn Macomber Ives writes, " I lead a mission team to South Carolina in the spring; 15 years going. My son & I took my horse to Acadia to drive the carriage roads Columbus Day weekend."

Mary Gay Baldyga says " I was delighted to meet classmates & relatives at the Senior Alumni Reunion in Sept. Not only has the campus changed, our faces have too. Good thing for nametags!"
Constance Danis Vadnais says, " We moved back to Saco after 25 years in Biddeford. Although not too far, I am happy to be back home!"
Class of 1959 Daniel Hall shares, " Dan & Elizabeth continue to spend 5 months a year in Scotland- hill walking, golf & travel. We hope to make our 60th reunion."
Class of 1961 Michael Prejean is doing lots of traveling: Santa Monica, CA. Las Vegas. Grand Canyon. Panama City, Panama.
Class of 1965 Ron Forest says, " Just completed 50 years as a Fence & Building contractor. Still working at 71 & plan to do so for many years to come. My grandson will take over the business some day; Patrick Roy class of 2010."
David A. Hickey shares,“ I recently received an award from the Federal Aviation Administration( FAA) in September 2017 called the Charles Taylor Master Mechanic award, 50 years in aircraft maintenance. I am one of 45 in Georgia to have received this award. I am now an Aviation Safety Inspector for the FAA( 11 years next month) assigned to the FAA Delta Airlines Certificate Management office( CMO) in Atlanta, Georgia.”
Class of 1966 Jay Snyder wrote and published a book, Saco & Me.
Class of 1967 Oscar Audie shares, " We have been retired for three years now. We traveled out West last summer and spent a month touring Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and North & South Dakota. Next year we celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We have 8 grandchildren and enjoy spending time with them as they live nearby.

Class of 1971 Stephen Thomas is retired and loving it.
Class of 1973 Chuck Tsomides was crowned the King for Valentines Day at The Wardwell and says " Thank you to all the Thornton students that brought all of us carnations. Good luck to the basketball team!"
