THORNHILL LIFE cause that was the day the children went trick or treating in Thornhill. For everyone that attended Halloween on the 27th of October, I’m sure you will agree, it was a fun filled day had by all. The children could not wait to get trick or treating on the way, but were first treated to a mag- ic show while enjoying a refreshing ice lolly to cool them off before they began their great walk around the estate. Very soon, festivities were well on their way and the streets of Thornhill came to life with the shrikes and thrills of excitement from over 200 children and yet again all residents showed off their fantastic community spirit! We were very spoilt this year with 23 houses taking part in the fun by dressing up their homes and handing out generous amounts of sweets to the many witches, ghouls and vampires that came to visit.
