“ Candidly , my passion for pelvic floor rehabilitation originated following personal pelvic floor deficiencies after the birth of my first son and my return to prior activity . Prior activities , for me , included high-impact training and long-distance running . During my second pregnancy , three years later , I developed pain and pressure in my pelvic region .”
