The Broadway family shares their story of growing up in real estate and how it has transformed by Payton Fletcher
With their finger on the pulse of real estate in Thomasville , the Broadway family of Thomasville Real Estate Group Inc . has been riding the ebb and flow of local investments for over 40 years .
Howard Broadway , broker of Thomasville Real Estate Group Inc ., said that the beginnings of his family ’ s journey into real estate began with Sunday afternoon drives with his father when he was a child .
“ Years ago , my father and I would ride around on Sunday afternoons ,” Howard said . “ He wanted to see the Broadway name on real estate signs .”
He said that his father taught he and his brothers about the worth of an investment . Learning from his father and reading books , he said that he and his brothers didn ’ t spend time with seminars to get into the trade .
