Patio Garden Section A – Container-Grown Plants First Place and Winner of the Green Thumb Award : Nasturtium ; Pace Rodriguez , age 7 .
Unique Textures and Aromas Section B – Shrubs & Trees First Place and Winner of the Sunshine Award : Hydrangea ; Gibbs Bracken , age 7 . Gibbs also won the Round Up Award for the most Blue Ribbons .
The Jungle Garden Section C – Cut Foliage Plants / Vines First Place and Winner of the Soil Diggers Award : Fern ; Sims Bracken , age 8 .

Thomasville Garden Club , Inc . sincerely thanks everyone who assisted in the success of this year ’ s Standard Flower Show , “ The Garden , Planting with Love ,” from planning and staging , to entering horticultural specimens , designs , and exhibits . We extend our deep appreciation for the support of Hackney Nursery , Singletary Florist , and Walden ’ s Flower Shop for creating the lovely entrance to our Flower Show at the Thomasville Garden Center .
