Alongside Elliot Rosenberg and Mark Alvis , Ambrose has a lot of plans for growth for the financial planning office , with one question always at the top of his mind .
“ How can we actually serve our clients to that next level ,” he said .“ Mark and I , we are talking about what that looks like and so in the next few years , I believe we ’ ll bring on a few , what we call ‘ junior advisors ’ who want to learn the business , need that mentorship .”
His long-term dream , according to Ambrose , is to provide a “ one-stop shop ” for clients , providing certified public accountants for tax needs and inhouse attorneys for legal concerns and planning . The firm ’ s strong relationship with Big Oak Benefits Group is just one small step to having a complex team working for the client , he noted .
“ If you have too many moving pieces , then communication ’ s going to be lost and something is going to mess up along the way ,” he said . “ But if you can create a team of professionals to serve that one individual , everybody is on the same page , everybody is speaking the same language , then I feel the effectiveness could increase even more .”
The father of one , with an additional infant on the way , said that his own father , Chris Ambrose , was a big inspiration in wanting to bring hope to people in dire straits .
“ I love helping people that have $ 500 to invest . Teaching them and instructing them and giving them hope for the future , my dad , that ’ s what he does , he gives hope to these people for their futures ,” Ambrose said , “ We ’ re both walking in our callings .”
