Reggeaton singer Jmiel continues to evolve
his unique style by pushing the limits of his
creativity.
The regeaton-pop style which has gotten
a good response from music fan and
continues to change as Jmiel gets
more confidence in his style.
Jmiel has played shows
and charitable events
around Massachusetts.
“I support cancer
charities because my
aunt got me into it,”
Jmiel said. “She
died of cancer and
I continued to
support
cancer
charities because
she was my
biggest fan and
supporter.”
The
style
stands out and
although it is
reggeaton
he
has decided to
add pop elements
since it’s what he
says he grew up
with.
Jmiel
recently
release his single
“La
Oportunidad
(The Opportunity)” which is upbeat with
catchy lyrics.
It’s different from previous work and
stands out among other songs from the
same genre as well.
“Do something different than before,”
Jmiel said. “No risk, no reward.”
With such an attitude he delivers a
song with such rhythm that it will
motivate listeners to dance.
This young singer’s career
may hold great promise if he
keeps on delivering more
music with strong sounds
and unique beats.
Jmiel said he likes fusing
different sounds with his
music — from pop to
Colombian and salsa.
His influences stem
from artist spanning
many genres such as
Winsin y Yadel and
Ne-Yo, but he wishes
to one day collaborate
with a variety of artist —
such as Enrique Iglesias,
Ricky Martin and Marc
Anthony.
Jmiel hopes to take
more risk with his sound
and create music to make
listeners get up off their
seats and dance or jump,
something that makes them
not want to stand still.
