THIS WEEK IN REAL ESTATE
AGENT PROFILE
Shaun Noonan is a true local.
Born in Gladstone, he attended West Primary School and later Chanel
College. Shaun has a knowledge of his local market that can only be
developed with a lifetime of living in the area. In his teenage years, Shaun
was a renowned sportsman, pitching in both Baseball and Softball, locally
and at a National level. Shaun’s early entry into Real Estate at 17 involved the less glamorous
roles of erecting signs, sweeping the footpath and maintaining the window cards. At night,
he washed dishes at a local restaurant and mowed lawns on weekends to fund his teenage
lifestyle. During this time, Shaun studied valuation by correspondence via the University of
Queensland. He also studied the actions of the sales team, saw what worked and what didn’t
and made plans for his own sales career which he began at 18. At 22, Shaun became the
youngest President of the Gladstone Branch of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland. He has
been involved in all facets of Real Estate sales from business and commercial to rural property
sales. Shaun enjoys the challenge that new technology brings to the Real Estate business and
is always on the lookout for new and inovative ways to market his client’s homes. He also
oversees the implementation of the company’s marketing plans and on the residential side
works closely with his wife Amanda in the marketing of client’s homes.
NBCF Partnership
National Breast Cancer Foundation Partnership
Professionals take our social responsibilities within the community very seriously. We care for our members, our clients and the
wider community as they are as much a part of our lives as we are a part of theirs. Professionals across Australia have committed
to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to raise $500,000 nationally per annum. Over the years we have raised much needed
funds for the people at the NBCF, thanks to donations from the public, a portion of
each sale from every office, and the fantastic staff that work within our organisation.
Professionals will continue to build the special relationship we have with the NBCF
until a cure can be found for this deadly disease.
The National Breast Cancer Foundation strives to fund the latest research into
developing a cure for breast cancer. Professionals and the NBCF have formed a
Diamond Partnership, with a financial fundraising commitment being pledged
annually. Right across Australia fundraising continues throughout the year with charity
events and auctions at both a national and local office level.
