The big Tees
This Is Tees Valley – and it really is the place to live , work , invest and do business !
And that ’ s the message of this annual publication , This Is Tees Valley , showcasing the very best of our unique region in the North-East of England . As proud Teessiders , we couldn ’ t be prouder to drive and deliver this publication – promoting all that ’ s best about our region and its diverse offering for the rest of the UK .
For nearly 10 years , our business , Resolution Media and Publishing , has published Tees Business – a quarterly publication - as the recognised voice of business in the Tees region .
It ’ s packed with features about all the great local businesses and institutions and is distributed right across the Tees region . But we ’ re preaching to the converted when we use the pages of Tees Business to shout about the incredible place we call home .
So This Is Tees Valley – targeting the rest of the UK ( and hopefully beyond !) – is the logical next step .
We 100 per cent know the Tees Valley is a special place – the people , the businesses , the scenery , the lifestyle – but it ’ s too often portrayed , unfairly , in our opinion , in a less positive light by the national media . This Is Tees Valley is about helping to put the record straight .
A region with a proud industrial heritage is on the cusp of a new era of innovation , success and prosperity .
And this publication will give you just a small insight into the exciting projects going on here .
We ’ re delighted to be in partnership with Tees Valley Combined Authority , the local authorities of Stockton-on-Tees , Redcar & Cleveland , Darlington and Hartlepool , together with local college groups and a Who ’ s Who of the region ’ s best businesses . This Is Tees Valley – and it ’ s time the rest of the world knew about it !
