The gorgeous Bohouse North apartments are the first of hundreds of new homes we ’ re building to move families and young professionals back into the heart of Middlesbrough .
Much of the residential development will take place around the docks – an area bursting with potential for hospitality and leisure uses .
It ’ s fair to say that part of town has seen a few false dawns over the years , but now we have the momentum and impetus to get the job done .

Key to the next few years will be the establishment of the Middlesbrough Development Corporation .
