Webb remembers—“he never missed a gig.” In fact, it was Doug’s job to help Snooky through the airports—“I would push his wheelchair.” “I remember right after 9/11 for some reason, security asked him to take his shoes off on four separate occasions—in the same airport,” recalled Webb.
