#fashiontech fitness As the line between Fashion Tech and Fittech continues to blur, [ [ thanks to partnerships like FitBit and Tory Burch, and with the Winter Olympics providing the perfect motivation to start ] ] we’ve added 3 moves to bring a little bit of fitspiration to our reports. 1 2 3 SNEAK PEEK PUSHUPS: Waiting a month for the next report can be difficult, but that waiting can be funneled into your fitness! STARTUP SQUATS: With your report open to “Startups on our Radar,” stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Maintaining a straight back, slowly lower yourself into a squat bending only at the knees. Once your knees have reached a 90-degree angle, hold for two seconds. Slowly return to a standing position. Repeat for as many startups as are in the list! For an added bonus, hold your report straight out from your chest with arms parallel to the floor. THE TECH CRUNCH: Open your Third Wave Report or newsletter and sit on the floor. With the report in your hands, lie faceup on the ground with arms outstretched. Crunch up and hold for five seconds. Reverse the movement to the starting position. Repeat ten times. Assume a pushup position on the floor, tightening your core and straightening your back. Maintaining a straight line from your knees to your shoulders, slowly lower yourself until your elbows form a 90-degree angle. Pushup to return to the starting position.
